D-50 CHUNNI –CIRCULAR INTERLINING
Circular knit is made with a machine that knits the fabric in a continuous circle (tube), the weight is “light & elastic” The fabric is thin. T-shirt fabric is the best example of circular knit fabric. Circular knit fabric has a gauge of 12 to 22. The higher the gauge is, the thinner the fabric. it has a fashionable appearance and the finished garment has good breathability and drape.
Knitted Interlinings – Fusible, knitted interlinings are basically used in knit garments with stretchable fused areas also. These provide the perfect basis for efficient production. Circular and jersey knit fusible interlines have stretch and recovery properties.
The main advantage of circular knitting is the extremely high speeds at which it produces continuous lengths of fabric; thus it is a cost-effective production method for bulk products. Advances in circular weft knitting technology during the 1990s include seamless garment technology.
Circular knitting interlining. It is soft and delicate, elastic, washable and high temperature resistant. It is widely used in high-grade garment fabrics, lining of clothes, and also can be used for embroidered quilt tops. The circular knitting interlining has been very popular. Circular knitting machines are dedicated to the manufacturing of tubular preforms, and flat knitting machines are suitable in general for flat or 3D preforms, including tubular ones.
